SiLNoi – Return & Exchange Policy (India)

At Silnoi, each piece of jewellery is crafted with care and precision in 925 sterling silver. We follow transparent and fair practices to ensure customer satisfaction.

1. Return / Exchange Window

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Requests raised after 48 hours will not be entertained.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • All original packaging, tags, and invoices must be intact

  • The product must not show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or tampering

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items damaged due to improper handling, wear and tear, or misuse

4. Manufacturing Defects / Damaged Products

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or damaged during transit:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear images/videos of the product and packaging

  • Upon verification, Silnoi will arrange a replacement or repair at no additional cost

6. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method

  • Refund processing time: 4-5 business days after inspection

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
